For nearly twenty years, award-winning kid rocker Jim “Mr. Stinky Feet” Cosgrove has performed for tens-of-thousands of students at hundreds of schools throughout the United States. He’s also presented assemblies at Department of Defense schools in Germany, Italy, England, and Spain.
Cosgrove engages students through music to help reinforce principles of respect for themselves and others during his interactive, 50-minute Character Education programs. He encourages students to express personal rhythm in everyday activities such as homework, music, and sports while emphasizing respect for the rhythm of others and the earth. During this high energy and interactive program, dozens of students are selected from the audience to perform on stage in several impromptu “jam” sessions while learning how to demonstrate self expression and positive audience participation skills. Teachers even have a chance to show off their dance moves for a grand finale.
