Mr. Stinky Feet Rocks!

Music is a part of being human – it’s part of our nature, our fabric, our being,” says Jim. “And every person on the planet has rhythm. It starts with our heart beats and travels everywhere with us.”

Jim “Mr. Stinky Feet” Cosgrove encourages students to identify and take pride in their personal rhythm while demonstrating positive audience participation skills. Through his music, Cosgrove delivers motivating messages about respect, self-discipline, and healthy choices. He encourages students to honor and express personal rhythm in everyday activities such as sports, homework, and music, while emphasizing the importance of respecting the rhythm of others and the earth. During this 50-minute, high energy, and interactive program, dozens of students are selected from the audience to perform on stage in several impromptu “jam” sessions. Rocks the LibraryMr. Stinky Feet Rocks the Library –

Librarians and their patrons love Mr. Stinky Feet! Some refer to him as a “library hero.” The feeling is mutual.  His anthem “Rockin’ the Library” and his 80s-style power ballad “Library Ann” are huge hits with the bookworms. He’s shattered the silence in the stacks from Albuquerque to Arlington, from Rapid City to Reston, and they keep inviting him back.
