What to Expect:

Jim “Mr. Stinky Feet” Cosgrove has been uniting communities through music for nearly three decades with his interactive and high energy concerts. In this 45 minute performance, Jim delivers a dynamic combo of humor, original songs, and interactive fun to engage audiences of all ages. During every show there are several opportunities for audience participation with singing, playing percussion instruments, and lots of hoppin’ and boppin’! The Mr. Stinky Feet concert experience is always memorable with audiences and event organizers, filled with uplifting songs and messages about love, gratitude and peace.

Mr. Stinky Feet Rocks the Library

Librarians and their patrons love Mr. Stinky Feet. Some call him a “Library Hero.” The feeling is mutual.  His anthem “Rockin’ the Library” and his 80s-style power ballad “Library Ann” are huge hits with the bookworms. He’s shattered the silence in the stacks from Albuquerque to Arlington, from Rapid City to Reston, and they keep inviting him back. Celebrate the joy of reading and bringing communities together. Jim is available year round for library concerts and author events.

Mr. Stinky Feet & The Hi-Tops

For larger productions, we recommend booking Mr. Stinky Feet & The Hi-Tops, voted “Best Band” in Johnson County in 2024. This dynamic trio includes Jim, his bass player, and drummer. Their playful, energetic brand of family-folk-rock and interactive shows have become a beloved audience favorite with festivals and performing arts centers across the country.

Calling all symphonies and orchestras, let’s collaborate! Introduce children to the wonder and awe-inspiring beauty of a symphony orchestra experience with Mr. Stinky Feet. Jim’s songs have been arranged by Grammy-nominated arranger Don Hart, and the charts are available for any orchestra to perform with Jim and his band. This show debuted to a sold-out crowd in 2012 with the Kansas City Symphony at the world-class Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts.

“I have never had a presenter, like Jim, who could keep the children’s undivided attention for the entire program. We love Mr. Stinky Feet. (K.L., School Principal, Shawnee Mission, KS)

“Thank you for the fun and joy you’re bringing to our daily routine, which is especially important with all that’s going on in the world today. Your music is ‘contagious’ and I have gladly infected my friends and family with it.” (S.G., Parent and Teacher, Kansas City, MO)

“The style and the ease with which you interact with kids and adults alike is amazing.  You brought so many kids out of their shells today who rarely come out with strangers.  Truly a testament to your talent.  We LOVED the show….you just ROCK!” (Ms. Diggs, Great Beginnings Preschool)

“You picked me to go up on stage, and I just wanted to tell you that you really helped me with my rep, because most people make fun of my weight. So you could say you’re kind of my hero. After I got off that stage everyone said that I was so cool. Thank you.” (Breanna, 4th Grade Student, Las Vegas, NV.)
